Annual Reviews
OTML remits an Annual Review to members of the PNG Parliament, presenting the integrated financial and non-financial results of OTML.OTML is committed to openly, honestly and transparently reporting our strategy, performance and impacts to our stakeholders.
We do this through our Annual Reviews and make copies of each year’s reports freely available on our website.
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Papua New Guinea Companies Act of 1997. The Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) G4 reporting guidelines are used to guide the disclosure of non-financial material information.
