Our operations are governed by a number of policies, standards and systems to build consistency and productivity.OTML has developed an Integrated Management System (IMS) which includes a suite of systems, standards, processes and procedures covering all areas of the business including mining operations, environmental sustainability, community relations, occupational health and safety, finance, people management and security.
Our policies, standards and systems are compliant with all legislative requirements, regularly reviewed for currency, and contain key performance indicators that are monitored to track compliance. System audits are conducted periodically to determine system integrity and system effectiveness.
