Large and small-scale community infrastructure project development and implementation are delivered through the Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF).

Our community infrastructure program aims to provide increased access to markets, basic services and village facilities that contribute to improved local and regional economic development opportunities, education & health status, and the social development of CMCA communities.

Our program invests in and delivers projects including feeder roads, water transport, water catchments and tanks, sewerage treatment, electricity and telecommunications as well as social and economic infrastructure projects such as roads, jetties, bridges, community health centres, health outposts, classrooms, libraries, teachers, doctors and nurses’ houses.

Community infrastructure projects are funded from a range of sources including OTML Tax Credit Scheme, Western Province People’s Dividend Trust Fund and CMCA Trusts.
